Brian is a twenty-year veteran in the information technology industry and founder and CEO of the Scarlett Group. Brian is a Senior IT Consultant and CISA Certified IS Auditor, IT Assessment Model Author and Service Management Integration Model Author. Brian possesses extensive  leadership and change management experience with emphasis on IT strategy, governance and execution.

Rick Mitchell, Senior Consultant

Rick has held senior level positions over the last 20 years ranging from VP/CEO in the industries of Manufacturing, Aerospace, Service, and Finance. Most recently, he served as the CIO, VP/General Manager Rail Services, and VP Six Sigma for Bombardier Capital, a Finance Division of Bombardier Inc. Bombardier Capital was $3 billion revenue company with over 2,000 employees.

Cesar is a senior IT professional with 18 years in the industry. After a tour in the United States Army, he joined the Florida Army National Guard where he quickly moved up the ranks to support the IT infrastructure for the AH-64 Apache. Cesar later joined United Way of Northeast Florida, a $20 million dollar non-for-profit organization in Jacksonville, Florida. At United Way, he spearheaded a complete overhaul and modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure and the creation of IT governance.
